How do I access live help ?

The help section refers to live help but i have been unable to find the link for this.

It is inthe Contact Section of HELP & CONTACT - it is called Live Chat.

You would probably get a better answer here if you asked a question!!

Thanks John...i sold an item last week for which ebay collected tax of 20%, ultimately paid by the purchaser! I can find no communication from ebay about this so in the dark as to why?

By using a UK registered account to list, you are subject to the UK site rules on VAT due on sales to/from the EU.

The VAT issue is still confusing but should be resolved by using a EU site or ebay.com for listings ... Useful if you could confirm that the added VAT issue is then no longer appearing ??. Your ... Item location: Dereham, France ... is also misleading.

ahh i see, thanks. Im actually based in UK, have a UK account but currently grounded in France
