    <description>&lt;P&gt;You can either try and contact your card proivider explain an item has been paid for twice,&amp;nbsp; they can see the timescales and if seconds apart should refund you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or,&amp;nbsp; if you have definitely not received two items,&amp;nbsp; contact the seller, ask them to check their Paypal account to see if two charges were paid,&amp;nbsp; to be honest I cannot see how,&amp;nbsp; but see what they say,&amp;nbsp; they can then refund you one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
