I want to cancel an order (Nr 09-06275-82183) that I made on 19th of December because I wanted a certain lego for my son and later I found that it is not authentic. In tracking it looks like it has not dispatched yet. I sent a message to the seller 2 days ago, telling him that he has delayed to dispatch the item and about the cancellation but I have not yet received any answer from him. What can I do?

Wait and see if it arrives

You have no automatic right to cancel

If you bought and paid then the seller should post

If yo have not received it then how do you know it is not authentic?

What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing

If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description

then you can open a not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.

You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre

Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days

You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute

You are also covered by the paypal money back gurantee so if you fail for any reason on ebay then open a dispute in papal

You have 180 days to open the dispute on paypal

Open the dispute and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days

adding to the advice already given -

Given the current world situation, plus the time of year and the fact that you are in Greece, it would take some time to reach you, especially as you ordered it on Dec 19th.

Yes, you are right about the delay. But I am sure it's not an authentic
Lego as I see now in the photo and in the description, whitch is in French,
and I could not see,the description, in my pc browser when I first saw the
item and ordered it. I will wait and see.

You should have checked the listing carefully first before buying it.
If you can see it now then you could have seen it before.
If you could not see it in your browser in the first place then you should not have bought it until you could
If it is in French then the item is coming from France I presume not the UK

Not all sellers mark as Dispatched.
You will have to wait and see what happens
If you don't receive it then you open a not received dispute
If you do and it is not as described then you open a dispute to return it and get your money back
