Above listing - Am I misleading? Honest opinions please!

Buyer ordered just the labels option - disgruntled that he didn't receive the pens also!

Understand eBay do tend to use the title as to whether seller has mislead but thought the fact there's obv. options would be okay?

These multi-choice are often "confusing" to buyers though it is quite clear to me!

For £3.99 odd is it worth the buyer opening a case and you refunding? I don't really like the idea but why not simply send hims some pens [with a New Year card?] and then block him!

Well I worked it out ok, you use the drop down multi choice thing, and it tells you what you've ordered.

I wonder if your buyer is using the phone app and is seeing something completely different?

I do know that buyers using the app miss can't always see the description so maybe that extends to multi choice listings too.
