My account suspend, because my customer asked my address and I sent it.
This is not fair as long he pay though ebay i think is OK.
But my account suspended. And we hadn't any deal, he wanted to pay through ebay, but before any transactions my account was suspended

You are not allowed to exchange contact info until buyer wins item,

ebay think you have done off ebay deal, so both of you get suspended, wait the 7 days & don't do it again.

You also must correctly register as a business before ebay permanently suspend you.

Then you haven't been suspended without any reason. EBay bans buyers and sellers from providing contact details until a sale is completed. This rule was very well publicised when it was introduced.

This is to prevent members from arranging private deals to evade payment of eBay's fees.

Now that you've become more active, with over 200 vehicle components for sale, it may be that you need to register as a business seller? This would overcome your problem, as eBay business sellers are not only allowed, but required by law to display their contact details.
