Ebay no help when I was scammed

I paid for an item on Ebay ehick didn't come.The item was removed from Ebay as soon as I paid for it.When I /.the resolution centre the told me to click on the item but I could not do that because the item was removed.I have bought hundreds of items from Ebay ove the years but will have no more to do with them'

When was the item due?.

The email you receive does say that it may arrive

If you have not received your item then you can open the dispute after 10 days

If you fail on ebay then you are covered by paypal if you paid that way

You open the dispute and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 days

i could not open a dispute because the item was removed from ebay so i
couldn't click on it.i have bought hundreds of items from Ebay but won't
use them again.

Ebay policy on removed listings have you read the link
It says you may recieve your item and if not then you open the dispute after 10 days
if you cant do that then you by phoning ebay
If you fail on ebay then you open the dispute on paypal if you paid that way
