Bidder misusing retract bid

Theirs a e-bay buyer who keeps bidding on items I’m bidding on then they keep retracting their bids?

They keep bidding up then retracting ?? This is awful to the seller also, we’ve both complained to e-bay , this bidder was stopped for a short time, but as now started again??
I’m so fed up with this bidder, that I’m now seriously thinking of using other auction sites.
Disappointed with e-bay for allowing this to continue

There is nothing you can do.

Seller should report them to ebay & add their ID to blocked bidder list.

Thank you, I’ve passed this advice to the seller, she’s such a lovely seller and this is really sad it happens to her, she’s a very talented artist and I personally think that e-bay should remove all bad buyers/ bidders like this idiot ..
