Click & Collect store refused to accept item

I opened a case for non-receipt and have been advised by seller that delivery of my item was attempted by Royal Mail to nominated Click & Collect store on Monday 21st December and the store refused to accept. This is confirmed by Royal Mail tracking history. I've used this store several times, so baffled as why item of clothing was refused as I picked up clothing from the store last week?

It all depends on what the tracking says

If it says Delivered then you would lose

If it does not say delivered then you should win the dispute

Make sure you escalate the dispute after a full 3 days

RM Tracking - “Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 21-12-2020 as the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender.”

Do the dispute and you should win your refund
The tracking has to say Delivered
We can never be 100% certain but you should be OK as long as you follow the rules on the dispute
