    <description>&lt;P&gt;It will be eventually.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Currently it's only registered business sellers but ebay are severing their close links with Paypal so everyone will have to use their managed payments in the future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It's as secure as any other site.   Your Paypal account must already be linked to your bank account and presumably that's been OK.</description>
