hello i didn't understand i bought only one item and scanned as for 4 phones i want to get my money back for all the phones i didn't order i can provide a bank statement showing the scans..return money ..for all goods

I am not sure that I understand what you are saying. If you did not read the listing carefully then there is not much you can do. If you ordered something and they sent fewer or something different you open a "not as described" case in the resolution centre [link below]. Bank statements will not help. If you did not use Paypal then I'm afraid that nothing can be done
