      <title>Automatic message from sellers in an ebay email?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 things:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to know as a seller from a business account that does NOT have a shop, can I set it so that when one of my fixed price items sells, when they get their confirmation e-mail from eBay there is an attached message from me in every email.&amp;nbsp; I can see that you can do that, from when I've bought things myself but can not see any information about how to do it anywhere.&amp;nbsp; All I found was how to add a signiture to every e-mail I send.&amp;nbsp; Basically I just want an automated generic message from me on eBay's order confirmation email&amp;nbsp; to customers, that says about Royal Mail covid-19 delivery delays and to wait 10 days after the expected delivery date to contact me about late or missing orders.&amp;nbsp; I'm getting delivery queries so much these days, and as I'm sure you know too but it's highly frustrating for me as I've paid money to produce their products, put time into making them, with costs on eBay, PayPal, matierals, and postage for then to have to refund them in full when I've posted within 1-2 days as stated, and they ultimately end up getting their product, just later than they want.&amp;nbsp; Any advice on where do I stand with that too?&amp;nbsp; I've been refunding them for fear of negative reviews but from my perspective, as I've said, I've put time and money into their product, they end up receiving it, just sometimes after they need it (birthday items) but it states its free second class post (1st class at the minute because of Christmas) in the description, and that I have 2 working days to post the item.&amp;nbsp; They don't seem to check delivery estimations when they order, or postage details, or understand that it's only an estimation anyway.&amp;nbsp; What do you guys do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laura.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Problem is ebay allow buyer to open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date &amp;amp; escalate 3 days later,&lt;BR /&gt;they not extending this time, so you may end up refunding &amp;amp; item being delivered,&lt;BR /&gt;sending message to wait 10 days, will have no bearing on case.&lt;BR /&gt;Extend your postage time &amp;amp; still post ASAP after payment.</description>

      <description>Thank you so much, that's extremely helpful. Really frustrating that's their policy though, even though Royal Mail say to wait 10 days after due delivery date to raise a claim with them! I'll leave this thread up just to see if anyone else has some other input. It's much appreciated!</description>
