Shipping to 4PX?

Hi,

My item has been purchased by a buyer who is based in China, but they want me to post to somewhere called 4PX in the UK? Think it’s 4PX Fulfilment or something but they haven’t filled the address out properly.

Anyone had experience with this?

if that address is not on the PayPal payment notification you are not covered.

Of course you have to have a full address, but all ou need is Proof of Delivery to that address and you have done all that is expected. That protects you against any claims of Not Received.

Does not protect against Not As Described Cases, but as the buyer has to pay return postage this is not very likely.
