You have been advised to open a not as described dispute if you have bought a fake item

You then scroll to the bottom of the page and see what options are there

It will be Call back or chat

You don't need to Speak to Ebay if you have bought an Item Not As Described go to the Resolution Centre and Open a Returns Case. You have 30 days from Delivery. The Seller has just 3 Business Days to Accept the Return. If he doesn't Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.
