Hi, thanks for your response.This morning I made several attempts to post a message which kept failing to work / post. I got customer services to call me and after running through some options (clear cache, re-login) she asked me to try another message - so that was it and it worked! I would delete it now if I could find out how...

These are not messages though, they are posts on a discussion board. Problems with messaging other members is a whole different issue.

Sorry, looks like I used the wrong term 'message' - I should have said "This morning I made several attempts to post a post (?) which kept failing to work / post." Anyway, I was talking about posts to this discussion board, which is why when I came to test if the problem had been resolved I tried posting here (where I had the problem in the first place) I've had no problems with sending messages to individuals / other ebayers - that's been working fine.

While I have your attention, do you know anything about my other problem? The disappearance of the view 'All lists' option. Like many people I organise the things I'm watching into different categories, hobbies, books, synths etc. but like to use the All items view so I can keep an eye on what's finishing next. Last night this option disappeared (I had it as my default 'my ebay' view) and now I can only view lists one at a time. This is pretty annoying as I refresh the page several times a day and now have to check each list individually. I did a google search and the only reference to this I could find was of other people complaining about the exact same thing, but back in 2018. I've checked on a couple of different computers and it's the same on both, and multiple different browsers. Is this something you've ever seen before?
