Resolution declined in 5 minutes

I had an item not arrive and delivery status and tracking info stated it was delivered on the same day I ordered it and Eesolution centre have rejected my appeal as it had tracking info on the order.
The tracking info must have been fabricated as how does an order get made at 3 pm with a 3-5 day delivery option and arrive that same day??
This item cost a great deal of money and was a gift for my son for putting up with my difficult working pattern this year as a key worker .

It's been totally disregarded within a 5 minute turnaround Ebay stated case was closed .

And my negative feedback after zero correspondence with the seller and no item recieved has been removed .

Keep it simple when speaking to them or they may not understand your issue 😞

The reason your feedback was removed is because you lost the case .

IF Ebay will not help then i would open a case through paypal as they tend to check tracking far more in depth than Ebay do.

If you can get hold of Paypal i would also try speaking to them and explaining the situation on the phone.

If you purchase an item at 3.p.m. there is no way it can be mailed to you and received the same day 😞

Thank you for this . Yes I have raised it with PayPal and they are advising they will feedback by the 5th Jan.

Thank you. It's with PayPal now as you say Ebay totally havent looked at tracking Data.

PayPal should not take that long, it is longer than a case is usually open. I would contact them and ask why it's so long, it should only take a minute or two.
