Just to let Ebay Members Know there is a scam regarding parcels with Royal Mail.

You will receive a text stating we have tried to deliver a parcel and was unable and the text will give you an option to

reschedule which has the web address www.royalmail.co.uk all look real. once you have touch the option you will go

online to a site that looks like royal mail except the web address is www.royaimail.co.uk and will ask personal question like date of birth etc

Please make sure that the web address is royal mail not royai mail

I have notified Royal Mail Fraud and have just posted on social media with photos of the scam.

I have just seen another post on here from someone who received such a text message and cannot understand why the package they are expecting wasn't delivered when they have been at home all day.

I can let them know.

Worth publicising on social media if you use it.

Why would RM have buyers mobile number?
If unable to deliver, they leave a card.
Unfortunately lots of similar scams at this time of year,
people need to have common sense.
