Ok so here it is - I have 0 feed back revsion forms

& had a buyer today who wanted to change the feed back as the negtivity was changed to a postive

so she gave ebay permisson for ebay to remove it but ebay refused as they keep saying its "customer experiance" - yes maybe at the time it was but there was no reach out from the buyer & beacuse I have reached out and helped (delivery issue) she was happy that I reoslved it and didnt want the feed back on my account to remain

so my few pointers are I know you get request forms evey 1000 feed back you get you get 5 request - what if I dont get 1000 feed backs in that year? where do I stand then? as they alway promt buyers to send the forms

then my other point is that the feed would now falsly pertraying the truth as the issue is resolved and no longer a negtivity

I have called ebay to question the above but dont seem to be getting anywhere and that they just tell me to come here and ask....

You have asked same question several times, replies won't change.
As I said to you, improve customer service so buyers don't need to revise feedback.
