Hello

I bought a pair of sneakers from the reseller here and due to the insufficient size information I bought the wrong size. I wear normally UK 5.5 and since I couldn't find it, I decided to buy half size bigger which is UK6, unfortunately, I didn't know UK6 in jordans are 2 different EU/US sizes. So instead of EU 39 as I hoped, I received EU40 and that is too big for me to wear. I explained the situation to the seller but he refuses to accept a return.

The problem is also that the price differences between these 2 sizes are around 80-100euros and since I thought I am buying a small size which is more expensive, I paid the higher price correlating to my size. I am sure he refuses to accept a return because he won't be able to sell it this expensive again and neither am I. I felt like being scammed.

When I try to log into the resolution center there is some bug always asking me to sign in by google or Facebook and when I do it asks me again all the time. I don't know how to get out of this situation.

The return I tried to make says that return is closed as the seller closed it and by this time he is changing the item description and added US and EU sizing which haven't been there at the time of my purchase. Do you have some recommendations please what steps I should do so I can return it?

I contacted him to return it directly when I saw the box and they are still in deadstock condition but I have not to use for the shoes. I am very desperate.

It sounds like you may have used the wrong reason for the return ("Doesn't fit" or similar) one that is classed as a "change of mind" return which the seller can refuse. Always use "Doesn't match description" when it is the seller's fault.

You cannot open another case on eBay but you can try one with Paypal. Here is a direct link:

You will need to escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.

Yes it is correct I used the option it doesn't fit .. oh I didn't know this might happen.. I also used directly my card on eBay and I can't see the transaction in PayPal history now... So doest it mean I won't be able to return?

Paypal process payments even if you use your card but you may have to ring them. Click on Contact Us at the bottom of page in your Paypal account, then click on subjects until the Call Us link shows up. If you have problems with that contact eBay's live chat at the very bottom of this:
