Just open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre. The seller will be required to send you a prepaidr eturn label.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If they're harassing you to change the feedback, ignore them. If YOU wish to revise it after they've sorted it out, you can ask them to send you a feedback revision request. But you don't have to.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
