There is nothing more you can do. You have given Ebay the Tracking Number that you used. Once that Confirms Delivery or Attempted Delivery to the Seller they will Refund you. The process can take a few days especially if the Post is delayed. If the Tracking Number when checked doesn't Confirm Delivery, unfortunately then you won't Receive a Refund.

Hello, I seem to have got myself into a bit of a mess, I returned an item to a seller which he received & signed for a week ago but has/will not refund me even though I have requested a refund from him. I contacted Ebay customer services today & explained what happened & was shocked to find they have opened a return item case for me with a tracking number & print label service, this I don't need as the seller already has the item & resold it, I contacted ebay again & they said it would be amended & to put my own Royal Mail tracking number in place instead of the one given by ebay, there is no provision for this, I contacted them yet again & explained once again the seller had the item & was told it would be refunded when the item had been returned,it already has been returned & nobody seems to be listening, Is there a way of contacting ebay without causing all this confusion, all I want is my refund from this stubborn seller. Thanks in advance for any replies..
