      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp; I posted an item recently and the buyer says they have not received it.&amp;nbsp; This was sent via ebay's delivery service shutl/Royal Mail.&amp;nbsp; It is not showing as being delivered on ebay.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know what the procedure is regarding this?&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
