    <description>nothing you can do,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you should have opened a not as described case and sent it back using the prepaid label provided by ebay within the given timescale,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;as you didn't do this, you don't get a refund, getting ebay on the phone won't change this outcome</description>

      <description>How do i get to speak to an ebay customer adviser, i have tried the phone numbers that are online, both only have a recorded message.. I have a dispute with a seller, &amp;amp; the answer to my questions are not there in the help section of ebay.. i need to speak to someone at ebay.. help!!</description>

      <description>Hi, thank you for your reply.. no I haven’t opened a case in the resolution centre,i just wanted to speak to someone.. Basically i was 1 day late returning an item,due to having to isolate for 2wks because of covid,i messaged the seller to say what had happened as soon as i was well enough,&amp;amp; that i would post 1st class recorded the following day to speed things up, which i did,i also apologised profusely.. but the same day he had contacted ebay &amp;amp; they closed the return saying I can’t get a refund,i explained to him i had been ill &amp;amp; that was the 1st chance i had to message him.. I have 100% positive feedback &amp;amp; was a seller for years too,&amp;amp; sometimes u just have to use common sense &amp;amp; your disgression,I’ve found this seller unreasonable &amp;amp; hes trying to bully me,putting words in my mouth &amp;amp; basically saying i’m a liar.. The item is poor quality &amp;amp; doesn’t fit right,&amp;amp; i just want a refund,he has them back,&amp;amp; at my expense,i sent it only 1 day late due to unavoidable circumstances atm..       <description>Ok thanx for the info &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;.. i will still try tho, as it was unavoidable circumstances &amp;amp; should have been understood more under current circumstances imo, also i did say they didn’t fit correctly &amp;amp; were very uncomfortable on the interior, poorly made, when i requested the return.. Tbh as a previous seller myself i was just trying to be nice &amp;amp; reasonable by requesting a return &amp;amp; not opening a case.. won’t make that mistake again lol..
