Hi, I ordered a book via ebay but they supplier sent a download copy. Not what I want so I asked for a refund but then ebay asked me to return the item. How do I return a non delivery? Now the supplier is no longer on ebay so clearly a scam and Ebay allow these people to scam loyal users. Tried to find support phone number but nothing. Why do I use ebay the support is terrible. Help please

Digitally downloaded transactions void any claims for a refund by ebay,so open a case with paypal in your pay pal account.You should escalate a case to a claim within 20 days for a refund.
