    <description>I didn't pay via Pay Pal. I am sure I can get the postage back as seller is liable for it. e-bay seems only&lt;BR /&gt;interested in sellers and not much in buyers. The Resolution Centre is just a department of eBay isn't it?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You dont seem to sell so presume you are the buyer&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Id you have a problem then you open a dispute&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you get your refund ir is refunded through the dispute and the money goes back to the scource&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If a credit card it can take up to 30 days to show on your statement&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A seller does not send a cheque it has to be done through a dispute and the refund made that way&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;More information would help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you do a dispute?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Sorry my laptop locked up last week so couldn't reply. Did all the necessary dispute but wondered if the seller paid the refund until I read up on this and see that payments and refunds go through e-Bay. I have waited ten days for the buyer to send a return label and have given up so cost me over £4 to send item, an expensive skin cream for half&lt;BR /&gt;price (I believe to be fake) back today. I know seller is supposed to pay return postage but don't expect to ever get that back. Seller seems to be a very ignorant person from all the messages I received and has turned me off dealing with e-bay sellers for ever. Good to know there is a place to ask a question as it's not easy getting through to&lt;BR /&gt;e-bay for buyers with questions.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If you have an item not as described you open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.&lt;BR /&gt;	&lt;BR /&gt;Escalate it&amp;nbsp;after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Read up on the Ebay money back guarantee&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You are also covered by the paypal money back guarantee&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you fail on ebay then you open the dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 day&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now you have paid the return postage you have no way of forcing the seller to refund&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You dont need to contact ebay in most cases that is what the resolution centre is there for&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you only get the label before you send the item back&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have paid the return postage you have no way of getting it back&lt;BR /&gt;Ebay can only force the seller to refund all the original payment&lt;BR /&gt;How did you pay if you did not pay by paypal&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Credit card payment have to go through paypal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Was it a business&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hope you mean you used the Credit Card through Ebay Check Out, then it is processed by Paypal and you have to open a case with them. Refunds go back to source and would take 30 days for a Credit Card payment, BUT have to be dealt with through the case,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you gave your credit card number over the phone or online to the seller,&amp;nbsp; then you are not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee or Paypal. You would then have to either contact your card company or trust the seller to refund in some way.&lt;/P&gt;
