Thank you for your advice, they do not have a business name just their name which nobody locally knows (I have lived here 20+ years) all parcels have been return to sender except the last one which came today & my address is the sender - I am more worried they are starting with small parcels to test my address, I dont even have my own parcels delivered here

Somebody unknown to me has decided to use my full postal address for their business - in the past 2 months I have received 2 parcels for them & one returned to them with unpaid postage - I cannot find any way to trace them on eBay nor can I get to talk to anyone at eBay to report this - can anyone help before this escalates to a major problem

I think that you could try Google to track the seller down if a business. It may simply be some form of mistake.

Two in two months does not sound an enormous problem. It "may" be a seller thinking that he can avoid returns by using the wrong return address but he is incorrect; if it shows delivery [anywhere] eBay will refund.

Otherwise simply mark [in big bold letters] "not known" and give back to Royal Mail. They will send it to Belfasst and try to deliver it

I doubt whether this is fraud, but it's important to resolve it anyway. If a member is banned from selling, so is anyone else that eBay "associates" with the banned seller.

If this happened to your seller, you and anyone else at your address would also be banned.

I know you're not supposed to, but if eBay won't help (they could identify the seller in seconds from their address) I'd be inclined to open the next parcel "by mistake, without noticing!" It isn't as though you're stealing anything, you can always tape it up again and return it to the PO as not known at this address. With luck, you might discover the seller's username, or the buyer's. If you can even contact the buyer, they could contact the seller for you.
