Im having a problem while making offers on Ebay, it says

I click on the link, and it says on paypal:

"The page you're looking for is no longer available."

I talk to a representative of Ebay:

And everything she said to do, i already had done that in the past, paypal account verified, and bank account linked on paypal. Asked again for help, the next representative said he would redirect me to another representative, i was redirected, and i talked alone, no one replied and actually it said she was in the room. Tried contacting for the third time support and only automated assistant replied, where it says "Sorry Luis, live support's currently unavailable."

Really really nice help...

You are in Portugal and on the Uk site

Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay

Already did that and doesnt work =( and initially i didnt asked for help in here i asked the help on ebay not the community, and honestly the help provided was really bad.

We are the ebay community and this is the member to member support.

I see you did ask on here on the 10th and were given replies. If you think the advice was bad then I am afraid you will have to try somewhere else as the advice from what I can see was good.

It may not have solved your problem but that could be because you seem to be on the wrong site.

designated site for Portugal is https://pt.ebay.com/

different sites different rules etc, what works on eBay UK might not work on eBay Portugal.

When i say the help was bad i was talking about the Ebay support not the community, but i didnt asked anything on 10th! And im on the UK site right, if so im on the right site.

You have been advised several times to go to the ebay.com site have you tried that.

That was posted more than 1 year ago... And im not in Portugal im Portuguese, but my address is in UK.

And that actually makes no sense, have account on Ebay uk more than 1 year ago, already did more than one hundred buy and sellls, and suddenly without changing anything my account wont let me place offers! Then i ask ebay support and didnt helped at all...

I apologize you are right that was a year ago.
Do you actually live in the UK as when we are looking it says Portugal
I dont know for certain but perhaps you need to change that to the UK
