I have on ever had one neutral and one negative feedback in14 years and 890 transactions. Why has my feedback rating dropped to 92.3%?

That neg should drop off soon.......they affect your rating for 12 months so on your 13th month review your rating should be back to 100%

This is how they work out your percentages

The positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings for transactions that ended in the last 12 months, excluding repeat Feedback from the same member for purchases made within the same calendar week (eBay time).
Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the recent ratings table on the left.
Positives / (positives + negatives)
This member's 12-month Feedback ratings
Positives: 12 Negatives: 1
This member's positive Feedback percentage
12 / ( 12 + 1 ) = 92.3%

Thanks very much for that. I hadn’t sold anything for a while then when I am about to, it makes me look a dodgy seller when people see that.
