&lt;P&gt;Have you never heard of the Money Back Guarantee, only a very foolish buyer need lose money as you can get your money back if nothing arrives, so long as you use the tools provided by Ebay. Look in MORE Actions &amp;gt; Item not received!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
