Request Total function not working for me

Does anybody know how to contact Ebay - customer support, help - directly??

I have two items in my basket which I am committed to buying. Since last night I've been trying to 'request total' before paying, so that the shipping can be combined (one seller who has agreed). BUT each time I submit the request Ebay returns a page saying "We're sorry but we can't complete your request at the moment". There is also error code 80000 displayed. I have tried multiple times but it has been the same situation for at least the last 9 hours.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

you cannot combine shipping for two different sellers.

It is only one seller (both items). I think it may be because the seller is using Global Shipping Programme which doesn't allow for combining shipping. Any thoughts on how to get round this? the postage is almost the same cost as the items.

If two different sellers how can one agree to combine, there is nothing to combine.

If this is not the case and you have more than one item with the same seller then send a message.

OP:

For multiple items bought through the GSP, sellers cannot combine postage as they must be able to prove delivery to the distribution centre for each item.

I believe that the distribution centre may put all items in one package before they send the package on to you though.
