Question Re: Returns in Member To Member Support DO NOT DELETE

The label size may not be accurate if you didn't put actual measurements as well. In any case eBay nearly always side with the buyer because it's more or less an automatic system.

If the postage label was generated via the case you will have paid for it but if she used "Doesn't fit" as reason for return that is not a "not as described" return and the buyer would have to pay return postage themselves. You refund original postage though.

A buyer emailed me to say that the skirt she purchased "does not fit" .The listing clearly shows the size.I have a no returns policy except for INADS .The item was already in the post back to me.Ebay supported her claim and PayPal have her payment on hold for her refund.

How can EBay ignore their own policy and do I have to pay any postage's incurred by her.?

I expect I will have to let it go and just increase the price when I resell it.
