    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your problem seems to be that you are not Receiving a Collection Code from Ebay. You need to Contact them and ask for it. An Item Not Received Case will fail because the Seller has Tracking which says Delivered to the Store. But with No Collection Code you haven't actually Received it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>To anyone who's reading this, I'm having a bad experience with eBay, my ordered items get delivered to my local click and collect store and eBay don't send me emails to go and collect them, I open a case to report this to them and they close it without making any effort To look into the problem I'm having, I keep on losing my money for the items I paid for and never received, I have contracted my bank and reported this to them, I also contacted PayPal and did the same, I have spoken to my solicitor who's going to start a legal proceedings if This matter doesn't get resolved, I won't be using eBay again nor recommend it to anyone, on their website it say money back guarantee if you don't receive your items, this is a lie because I didn't receive my item and never got my money back, eBay should stop misleading their Customers by saying money back guarantee because is not true, they're quick at taking payments from my bank but when things go wrong they don't want to know.</description>
