I sold an item - it was perfectly described and photgraphed. The buyer paid me on Paypal outside of eBay and i did not think anything of it at the time. When he received the item he complained anbout the condiotion (it was over 30 years old) and started a refund. i challenged this but eBay and Paypal decided in his favour so i accepted and the refund was sent. he then said he had posted my package but this was never received and at present is shows that it has been returned to him. Paypal have closed the case and now i think I need eBay to pick this up again - he has the money and the goods even though I warned both eBay and Paypal that i thought this was a potential fraud - how do I get through to eBay and deal with this - i cannot find any way of contacting them as the sale is over 90 days ago - any help greatly recevied !
