I’ve recently bought an item as a guest and wish to return it. I know have made an account but can’t see anything in my purchase history. How do I find it so I can start my return?

If you contact eBay they will help you start a case Go to the very bottom of this for live chat and phone options:

If you have any problems with that try contacting Paypal. Click on Contact Us at bottom of page in your Paypal account and then click on subjects until the Call Us link shows up.

Even if you didn't directly use Paypal they are currently processing all payments on ebay. If you don't have a Paypal account yet you can register one now to ring them.
