      <title>Broken Purchase</title>
      <link>https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Member-To-Member-Support-DO-NOT/Broken-Purchase/qaq-p/6754939</link>
<description>I purchased a scratch board for my horses stable. It arrived broken at the edge. Seller wasn’t helpful and as it was during lockdown was not easy to return. Seller offered me a small refund towards item and told me it was strong and fit for purpose. Within days of my horse starting to use it it had started to break. 2 months later and after I have tried to keep fixing it I have had to remove it from the wall as it has become dangerous to my horse. What can I do as it most certainly was not fit for the purpose I purchased it.</description>
