Take them to court using the small claaims procedure. Its the only way

While this is not the place really to complain about a supplier you simply do not have to use them! Deal direct with Royal Mail etc.

While it is theorectically possible to use the small claims track in the County Court [often erroneusly referred to as the Small Claims Court] in practice it is more complex and frankly not worth it for small amounts.

If you tried to sue Packlink [and if I were representing them] I would get out all the lawyers and apply to have it moved. It's a lovely thought that we are all equal in law it's a bit of a fiction. The small track is really only suitable for small "money" claims where principles of law are not involved.
