eBay new seller limits

Hi,

I am thinking about opening a business account and I know that the limit for a while is 10 items per month. eBay doesn't mention that there is a £ limitation but I have searched and there seems to be one elsewhere. Does it actually still apply and is so what it is?

Setting up business account is the law not a choice if you buy to sell on.

Thanks, but I have already read this. I don't have a business account yet as I am trying to decide whether it would be better to do that to use instead of my own personal account or just sell on Amazon instead. The links you gave don't really help. I can't even find my selling limit on my personal account. It doesn't appear on the overview page as directed.
