    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why did Ebay refund, you should have dealt with it then you get the selling fee refunded. If Ebay get involved then you still pay the fee.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can't understand if refunded correctly that the case is still open, but only the buyer can cancel the case through the resolution centre.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If nothing is done then it will eventually run out of time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It might pay to not contact the buyer, depending on the circumstances, if no feedback has been left the buyer might suddenly remember to leave some.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An item I sold never arrived (lost in Royal Mail system) e-bay refunded the buyer from my pay-pal account but they have not closed the case - it is still showing as open - any one know how I should resolve this please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
