Hello,
many thanks for your reply, but yes I really did need to contact ebay regarding a problem. I had already exhausted all of the Help pages. I did get another call back to discuss the issue. But I would like other options - I thought the online chat facility was a good one.

contacting Ebay

I requested a call from ebay as there seems to be no other way of contacting them (live chat has disappeared). The call came through and I could hear the gentleman but he was not able to hear me for some reason (and yes all my phone settings were correct). I then got an email from ebay to say they had not been able to contact me, but I am not able reply to that email either. Is there no text or email facility for contacting ebay?

Do you really need to contact eBay?

The answer to most questions can be found in the Help pages.

Alternatively if you put your issue here someone can probably give a better answer sooner than eBay CS.
