Paypal address

Hi there. I've just sold an expensive bag. The buyer has paid through paypal with a note about the postage address which has made me uneasy. Address in paypal is her work address, she has requested I send to a separate personal address if I don't post early as she will be at the office address all week and then at home after this.

I've said I will only post to the paypal address but Paypal have posted an an auto note on the order page to state the paypal address may not cover me. I thought paypal verified addresses so how has she managed to change to an office address. Should I send to this address? i'm so nervous as the bag is a lot of money and I've just been reading a whole load of threads about paypal scams. Thanks for your help.

You can change address on Paypal but she hasn't verified it so you may not be covered. You can cancel if you prefer. Go to More Actions, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address.

And put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
