      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ebay is an absolute disgrace and a scamplace rather than a market place. I sold 2 movies to a scammer brand new, and he returned them damaged. I called ebay and was told to wait for him to escalate as they cannot review the case despite I provided the photos of the damaged items.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The buyer escalated, I called ebay to make an appeal and was told that I am not covered because they don't know what item I sent to him. This after first complimenting me about the amount of sales and happy customers I already have in an attempt to downplay this fraudster who stole me more than £20.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told not to make an appeal because the result would remain the same. I made the appeal and received a mail back within seconds that the result is the same. I was told by the first agent I would be protected 8 days ago and by the second agent no.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The incompetent agent even proceeded on talking about distant selling regulations when he has no idea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't tell me about blocking , reporting etc. I;'ve done that but this scammer created this account to scam. He has kept his feedback private and has very small transaction history.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SELLERS BEWARE. i AM GOING ON ONBUY.COM AND AMAZON. This place is rubbish. Be careful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What would have happened if I had sold a much more expensive item? This is why you should never sell expensive items on ebay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been on ebay for years and have seen hundreds of sellers getting destroyed by scammers and ebay's "policies".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way to stop them is to go to other marketplaces.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
