Arranged to buy a car for 5000 reduced from 5650 then wen i drove from liverpool to wembly which cost a bomb he toldme hes sold it to hus brother inlaw then wen i checked hesreposted it the nexr day what can i do

There is nothing really you can do. You say you "arranged" to buy it. Did you do that through eBay checkout.

You can still leave feedback "would not honour sale"

Yes it was through ebay ,and ive read his feed back and hes done it loads of times ,so really what yer saying is that ebay rules dont do nothing ,fumming wasting ny time sorting the money arranging lifts ,should be allowed,thanjs for your reply x
