the online help chat is buried like some kind of find it game, takes ages hunting about, is there a guaranteed link to it please post it here.

It is not always , but if it is simple enough to find.

You start by entering the Subject in HELP & CONTACT, and if the answer is not given then you can scroll down the page to see what contact options are available.

In most cases contacting Ebay CS is unnecessary and you would get a faster BETTER answer on here, or you would be told if it was a subject that only Ebay can deal with, but bear in mind that some of the information they give out can be utter rubbish.

Hi,

can the community fix the problem where my listings have International Global shipping program TICKED yet when go active its disabled , some get through others dont. try as i might i cant get the GSP to survive the posting, just says UK doesnt say international, has no globe etc. have loads to list tonight and this is happening.
I do that seller thing the topic is never there, and all it says is have us call u and its tomorrow, not when I need it as trying to list before midnight etc. then the we call u is after 1pm, so the morning is also lost.

The people on the chat are usually utterly useless, the other day i had 55 mins of nonsence from Abigail then another operative took over called Abigail and asked what conversation the previous colleage had been having, I asked are you not same, anwer question or i will cut the chat was the reply, can u see the comms, do I have to type it all out again, chat ended ! 1 hr 10 wasted.
