Egg timer instead of £ when payments been made

I've sold 5 itmes today and each of them is showing an egg timer although at least one person has said they've paid.

when you sell the money goes to the email address that auto filled the payment field when you created the listing,

if you use a different email address for paypal you have to change it when creating the listing

click on 'sell similar' to see what email address is in the payment field

then if it is an email account you can still use, log into your paypal account and add it to your profile,

you will need to confirm the email address and the money will appear

if it is an address you can no longer access you need to apologise to the buyers and ask them to cancel the payment through their paypal account

then you can send them an invoice from your paypal account

Yes but the payment can't be received as it's under the wrong email address.
