Cancel a return request

I requested a return of an item but myself and the seller have resolved it. The item no longer needs to be returned.

How to cancel the return request? I don't want to be charged postage for something not being returned

You need to log into the Resolution Cente at the very foot of the Page and Close the Case. If you are sure you can trust the Seller. Once Closed you cannot Reopen it.

The item is not showing in my resolution centre. In the returns process, I am at the step where it wants me to move forward to printing the label. I just need to close the request. Thanks for your help

Have you got an Ebay Message regarding the Case? There should be a blue link which says "See Case Details." Click on that.

Yes. I click on that link and it just asks me to print label. I think this means I've been charged the postage cost but I can't see anywhere how to cancel the return request
