    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a common trick used &amp;nbsp;by sellers in the far east. They aim to run you out of time for an ebay dispute and also make sure you run out of time for leaving feedback.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log into your paypal account and use the &amp;nbsp;resolution process over there. Just make sure you ignore any references to the fact it was an ebay &amp;nbsp;purchase. Make sure you continue with the paypal one. For an item not received you c an escalate to a claim immediately, but must do &amp;nbsp;so within 20 days of opening the case. paypal ususally take &amp;nbsp;a week to decide a case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an item back in April and didn't arrive,so i contacted the seller so they said they would send me another one. and that didn't arrive, that was due 2 weeks ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they have said that they have tried to refund me,but paypal/ebay won't allow them, As it is coming from Hongkong it will take another 30-35 working days. I have a feeling because the 60 days resolution claim is over i am stuck and will not get my money back. I have tried to find a solution on ebay but can't find one.Can anyone help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mr M kirk&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you haven't used eBay's resolution centre, log into Paypal and use theirs instead.&amp;nbsp; You have 180 days from the payment date to do this.&amp;nbsp; Open a non-receipt case and make sure that you escalate it to Paypal within the maximum of 20 days, timed to the second that you open the case.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do not allow the seller to talk you into closing the case, stick with it until you get your full refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the item arrives after you've been refunded then you will be able to repay the seller via your Paypal account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
