Hello Ebay, what’s now happing? I need a full refund. It’s more than a month. I think this is disgusting on your part,
it’s bad for business. Im glad i did not purchase a very expensive items. I have been an Ebay member since 2006. This is a scummed.

Have you opened a case? If so and you've followed the instructions you will be refunded. What has happened for things to go wrong?

There is already an open case with EBay. It’s now more than a month. I’m glad I didn’t order a very expensive items. Seller is a scammer, it’s ignoring all my messages. All I want is my refund.

I have not received my order item, it’s now more than a month. Seller keeps making so many excuses, he’s a scammer. He should not be allowed to be an EBay seller.

If it's more than a month you may have lost the chance for a refund. Ebay tells you to escalate the case after 8 full days. If you'd done this you would have had your refund.
If the case is still open go into it now and escalate it (Ask ebay to step in) but if it has been closed due to inactivity you'll need to open a case in Paypal.

when you open a case you only get 30 days to ask ebay to step in and refund you,

if you let the case go over 30 days it times out and you won't get a refund

when did you open the case?
