Price strikethrough

Im wondering how to get a price strikethrough ?

Aparently there used to be Ebay STP but they ended it in 2018, how do i tell if my account still has it ?

The only way i can find to do it is to list an item for X price and then after 14 days put it on sale,

a price strike through means the item has been reduced,

you can only mark the item as reduced in price if you listed it for sale at the higfher price for at least 14 days,

you say you can get the price strike through when you do this, so it is working properly

Thing is, i can see other sellers listing items and right away they have an RRP strikethrough price, so there must be some way to do it without waiting 14 days
