They told me to contact PayPal which I did and they said it was eBay that owed me the money. I have since contacted ebay who promised to listen to the original phone call and message from eBay but have not got back to me within the same 24 hours limit. I had a case open where the buyer lied to get a return, then change their mind and deliberately damaged the item. Ebay wrongly refunded them but then I won my appeal and was told I would be refunded within 48 hours. This was July and still no refund and I just keep getting fobbed off and lied to.
