Targeted by prospective scammers

For over a year I've been targeted by scammers - the type that put in a high offer and give me a telephone number to contact via whatsapp. I tried changing the name of my account to see if I can shake them off but they were back again today. Most of them are from Malaysia and even though I've added Malaysia to the list of "countries I don't post to", still no change. Today I lost my temper and responded **bleep** I know you're a scammer".

Is there any way I can permanently shake them off or block off a particular country?

I know I know but eBay would not like such language and might sanction you.

Your enrolled in the Global Shipping Programme. Malaysia is in the list of Countries. You could Opt out of Global Shipping and just select the Country's that you are prepared to Post to?
