DO NOT BOTHER IN USING E BAYS PARCEL SERVICE Packlink, I used it to book a Hermes delivery, it was insured for £20 through Hermes, Hermes have lost the package, but as it was booked through packlink hermes are saying it packlinks problem.

Packlink are not the slighest bit interested they have refunded me the postage but nothing for the item let alone the hours I have wasted trying to solve this due to the totally horrible inept way they handle things , this should have been easy but by god its not.

it has come to the stage where I will not use ebay ever again for either buying or selling, I am going to remove thire items I have for sale to other respectful websites, because e bay are not bothered either even though they employ packlink even though it is their third party courier for whom they employ so the buck should stop with ebay!

packlink is optional

you don't have to use it,
